About Wildgrape, NewsDesk, and the author

My name is David Peckham. I started Wildgrape in September 2002 to produce something useful while studying for Microsoft .NET certification.

From the beginning, I wanted NewsDesk to be the fastest and easiest way for you to stay informed with the latest information from around the world. By information, I mean headlines from any website that publishes an RSS feed -- everything from CNN to your favorite weblog.

NewsDesk doesn't replace web browsing, it makes web browsing much more productive. Chances are, you already read several web sites on a regular basis. But there are literally thousands of useful feeds being published every day on the Internet. NewsDesk brings them to your Windows desktop and presents them in a way that doesn't overwhelm you.

I've put alot of work into making NewsDesk useful, yet easy to use. I release updates monthly, and you can expect to see exciting new features that will make NewsDesk even more convenient.

If you are having trouble using NewsDesk, or have suggestions for improving it, drop me a line.

Thanks for giving NewsDesk a try!
